Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, is seeking a Global Product Manager for the Encore dispenser platform. The role drives product planning, market research, and cross-functional execution to deliver high-value solutions and customer outcomes.

You will define strategy and roadmaps, own KPIs, and partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and service teams. Travel up to 25% may be required; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Product Management, preferably in Industrial or IT/ITES.
• Experience with Agile Development.
• Corporate entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to manage ambiguity when defining offerings and MVOs.
• Experience building value propositions, sales, and marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical background is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and planning of the product/offering portfolio.
• Own product KPIs and collaborate across functions.
• Define strategy and roadmaps; translate to market requirements.
• Champion customer needs through VOCs and demos.
• Develop pricing, positioning, messaging across segments.
• Analyze market data to inform sales strategies.
• Support sales training and regional marketing.
