Job summary

You will lead the 5-year roadmap, drive growth, VOC, and go-to-market initiatives while coordinating across global manufacturing, engineering, and commercial teams, leveraging Excel and Power BI for portfolio analytics.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in product management or related fields.
• Exposure to valve manufacturing or industrial fluid motion systems (valves).
• Strong financial modeling and growth planning abilities.
• Direct customer engagement and VOC gathering experience.
• Global exposure across diverse teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the 5-year product strategy and roadmap, including financial performance.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from business case to end-of-life.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Translate VOC insights into product initiatives and priorities.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing, engineering, operations and commercial teams.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to track portfolio metrics and performance.
