Job summary

Lyra is seeking a Senior Product leader to execute feature roadmaps and localise core capabilities for international markets. You will bridge US engineering with global teams to deliver high-impact digital health features efficiently.

Responsibilities include localisation, platform integration, and agile backlog prioritisation, while collaborating with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure compliant, high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of digital product management experience, preferably in digital health, telehealth, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Leadership experience delivering complex feature rollouts without direct managerial authority.
• Clear written and verbal communication to cross-functional peers and leadership.
• Strong analytical and business judgment with a data-driven approach.
• Collaborative mindset aligned with Lyra's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution and localisation of international product capabilities across Workforce Mental Health and Lyra Wellbeing, ensuring compliance with local regulatory and clinical requirements.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate regional feature requirements into core platform architecture, reducing operational overhead.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Data, Operations, Clinical Governance, and Legal teams to ensure feature releases meet quality and operational readiness.
• Monitor product performance metrics and telemetry to identify friction points, optimise member experience, and evaluate feature adoption across international cohorts.
• Partner with Commercial and Customer Success teams to provide technical clarity on feature functionality for enterprise launches.
• Maintain and prioritise a clear product backlog, translating strategic directives into detailed user stories and sprint objectives.
