Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking an Operations Lead to drive the logistical engine of our clinical operations team in the UK. The role focuses on rosters, shift management, resource allocation and day-to-day administrative tracking to ensure the workforce is optimally deployed to support clients and staff.

You will partner with Team Leaders on high-volume operational tasks, monitor SLAs, and support cross-team coordination and process improvements to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in operations leadership, coordination, or call centre supervision.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to solve logistical problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time queues and performance targets to maintain service levels.
• Build, maintain and optimise staff rosters and manage leave requests and shift swaps.
• Forecast staffing needs by tracking utilisation, capacity and availability.
• Coordinate with team leaders to ensure consistent workflows across teams.
• Maintain accurate operational data and generate staffing reports.
• Handle escalations and support operational projects and QA checks.
