Job summary

Wise is seeking a Global Regulatory Product Compliance professional in the UK to help Marketing and Product teams launch compliant financial promotions while managing regulatory risk.

You will design a practical promotions framework, perform pre-launch analyses, and oversee the control environment across regions. Strong advisory experience and ability to translate regulations into actionable guidance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience approving financial promotions/advertising in Compliance or Marketing.
• Financial Regulation advisory experience and ability to interpret ASA/COBS/UDAAP.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and apply them effectively.
• Ability to communicate with Marketing Managers and Compliance and provide practical recommendations.
• Problem solving using regulations and data to drive business decisions.
• Experience or interest in fast-growing environments working with product teams.
• Willing to travel; Wise offices across countries.
• Legally authorized to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Empower Marketing & Product Teams to launch risk-based, brand-forward promotional campaigns across all channels.
• Collaborate to design and implement a practical financial promotions framework.
• Perform pre-launch and ongoing marketing compliance legal and regulatory analysis and risk assessments.
• Design scalable and customer-centric solutions to regulatory requirements.
• Offer effective advice to Marketing and Product Managers on existing and forthcoming Regulations, gaps, and risks.
• Identify and manage Regulatory Risks across all financial promotions globally.
• Oversee the global control environment, designing effective controls and evaluating residual risk.
• Collaborate with Compliance to keep Wise Product Teams aware of latest regulations and guidance.
• Work with Marketing & Product Teams and the wider Risk & Compliance Team to implement Management Information for regional/global decisions.
• Conduct audit management and challenge findings in collaboration with Compliance second line and Product teams.
• Develop and deliver issue management to mitigate regulatory risks.
