Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Global Procurement Change & Capability Lead to shape the future of procurement across the DoorDash portfolio, while being locally employed on a Deliveroo contract in London. This hybrid role sits in a brand-new Global Procurement Centre of Excellence, driving adoption and capability uplift at scale.

You will design and execute change strategies, engage stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal and business teams, and embed new ways of working with modern enablement

Qualifications

• Proven Change Leadership: lead change and adoption programmes with measurable outcomes.
• End-to-end strategy design: create adoption strategies spanning comms, training, and reinforcement.
• Capability frameworks: design and scale procurement development paths with HR/L&D.
• Cross-functional influencing: manage senior stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal and business units.
• Digital transformation: experience embedding change in S2P transformations and new platforms.
