Job summary

Marcura in London, England is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to own end-to-end procurement in a fast-paced global environment. You will handle sourcing, RFQs, negotiations and PO creation, while onboarding vendors and ensuring policy compliance.

The role collaborates with Finance, Legal and other stakeholders, tracks spend, manages SLAs, and supports invoice verification with Accounts Payable. A maternity cover role with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of procurement experience in IT and professional services.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and MS Excel skills.
• Strong communication and coordination in fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to contract management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement — sourcing, RFQs, negotiations and purchase orders.
• Onboard and register new vendors per policy.
• Create and manage POs in Oracle and track spend against budget.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage SLAs.
• Maintain procurement records and archiving compliance.
• Support invoice verification and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
