Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of Leadership experience in Sourcing and global procurement principles.
• Strong experience in IT contracts.
• Strong experience in procurement business process re-engineering.
• Prior experience with cross-geographical teams (India, Europe, APAC).
• Leadership in negotiation strategies and oversight of procurement programs.
• Proven ability to influence and enhance processes across business lines.
• Ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical, financial, project management and relationship skills.
• Experience leading major cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate efforts with global procurement leaders and standardize processes and tools.
• Act as strategic partner to business unit heads to understand needs, pipelines and budgets with recommendations grounded in financial criteria.
• Evolve international procurement into a strategic function with centralized sourcing and ROI focus.
• Review, draft and negotiate vendor contracts ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Serve as Strategic Sourcing Group ambassador across the international organization.
• Define and implement category strategies across local, regional and global segments.
• Set annual targets, drive continuous improvement, and measure competitiveness against benchmarks.
• Foster an inclusive culture of continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor a small team of junior buyers across geographies.
