Job summary

Monex Manchester is seeking a Procurement & Vendor Manager to build and operate the end-to-end procurement function. You will lead sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations and policy compliance to maximise value and mitigate risk.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement across global functions, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive cost efficiencies while maintaining high standards of governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement and supply chain strategy and identify gaps against policies.
• Drive operational savings by aligning procurement with function strategy across global units.
• Lead procurement policy, spend analytics, and regulatory standards including risk and compliance.
• Manage lifecycle of sourcing activities from planning to negotiations and renewals.
• Develop category strategies and ensure suppliers invest in the procurement plan.
• Lead market tenders and supplier evaluations with cross-functional teams.
