Marcura is seeking a proactive procurement professional to own end-to-end procurement in a dynamic global environment. The role involves sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, and PO creation in Oracle, with vendor onboarding, spend tracking, and coordination with Finance and Legal.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of procurement experience in IT and professional services, strong English, and ERP familiarity (Oracle/NetSuite). Remote work is offered along with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of procurement experience across IT and professional services in a fast-paced global environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to contract management tools.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end procurement — sourcing, RFQs, negotiations and purchase orders.
• Onboard and register new vendors in line with company policy.
• Create and manage POs in Oracle and track spend against budget.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage SLAs.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure archiving compliance.
• Support invoice verification and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
