Job summary

Rolls-Royce invites applications for a Senior Company Specialist for Assembly, Disassembly and Test (AD&T). The role requires regular travel to Derby with hybrid on-site presence (minimum 3 days).

You will define and lead group-wide technology strategies for AD&T manufacturing and digital value streams, aligning with corporate needs and regulatory requirements. You will own roadmaps, drive standardisation, and mentor engineers to build a strong talent pipeline while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified Engineer with UK minimum BEng degree or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• UK CEng (Chartered Engineer) or other national equivalent relevant to specialist subject area; Fellow level with a professional body.
• Proven experience developing and implementing advantaged technology programmes to improve operational performance in complex assembly environments.

Responsibilities

• Create group wide technology visions and strategy for AD&T facilities and group standards.
• Lead technology roadmaps for AD&T and develop Communities of Practice for synchronisation.
• Develop and maintain AD&T group level technology policies and standards to support business objectives.
• Mentor engineers to ensure talent pipeline and professional growth; succession planning.
• Externally represent Rolls-Royce to share knowledge and drive improvements across the group.
