Job summary

Tata Technologies in the United Kingdom is recruiting for an ADAS Integration Support Lead to be based on-site at Gaydon. The role focuses on testing release software bundles, coordinating test activities with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring issues are triaged via SIMS tickets.

The successful candidate will lead daily testing efforts, document tasks in JIRA, and apply knowledge of Linux, Corvus and CRETA to validate deployments and support the team.

Job description

Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for an ADAS Integration Support Lead to be based at our customer’s site in Gaydon.

Our Embedded Systems Solutions department (ESS) encompasses all activities outlined under the Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) process framework, including systems engineering, software engineering, coding, and all levels of functional testing. Beyond core development, ESS also integrates critical supporting processes such as project management, risk assessment, functional safety, and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with ASPICE standards and delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality embedded systems & solutions.

Role Summary

This will be an on-site, hands on role and will ideally suit a highly driven and methodical structured individual with proven ability to problem solve. The successful candidate will need to be an energetic & meticulous individual who can drive delivery in support of business needs in the daily drumbeat of activities.

Dimension of function

The key focus of this role is the test of release software bundles from the supplier and release with SIMs, configurations, release notes and test data

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the test activities each day to achieve the test plans
• Co-ordinating the required test activities in line with packages from supplier and internal integration team
• Ensuring issues found have a valid SIMS (debug) ticket raised and has the correct ‘tags’ for it to be triaged
• Ensuring planned tasks are documented in JIRA, measured and executed on time and any roadblocks are pushed.
• Feeding back each day on all activities and progress, using test data, vehicle data and SIMs
• Knowledge of SW structures and compositions

Required Skills & Experience

• Valid drivers license and vehicle to be able to hand’s on support the team and validate the IP towards daily packages
• Ideally a knowledge of Linux, Corvus, CRETA and SW Deployment methods
• Strong IT skills with significant experience and practical knowledge of integrating components into vehicles with some system problem solving
