Job summary

HSBC Private Bank is seeking a Global Programme Coordinator to drive deployment and governance of the Private Bank Training & Accreditation Programme. You will coordinate global rollout, liaise with local teams and maintain the programme plan to ensure a scalable, high-quality participant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex projects or programmes across multiple teams, locations or markets.
• Strong planning, organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, subject-matter experts and external suppliers.
• Ability to build effective relationships across business, functional and geographic boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global deployment with local teams across the Private Bank Wealth Academy, Global Induction, Accreditation and Sales Leadership.
• Maintain the integrated programme plan, quarterly calendar, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions.
• Coordinate training sessions, induction activity, accreditation cohorts and recognition events.
• Prepare progress updates for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accreditation logistics, including assessors, scheduling, materials, records and feedback.
• Maintain the central library of programme materials, templates and guidance.
