Job summary

Coursera + Udemy is seeking a Privacy Program Manager to lead and scale the company’s global privacy program across products, platforms, and business functions. You will partner with Legal, Security, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and other teams to translate privacy requirements into scalable operational processes and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, or a related program management function.
• Demonstrated experience supporting a privacy program subject to GDPR and one or more U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA).
• Experience translating privacy requirements into operational processes, policies, controls or technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve core privacy program operations, including DPIAs, ROPAs, vendor privacy reviews, and privacy workflows.
• Design scalable processes for data subject rights requests and privacy inquiries with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Marketing, and Procurement to embed privacy by design in products and services.
• Develop and maintain privacy policies, standards, and self-service resources for teams.
