The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in privacy within a legal or compliance context, and strong knowledge of privacy laws including GDPR. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, handling privacy incidents, and supporting privacy assessments. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of previous privacy experience in a legal or compliance-related role within a global company.
• Explaining privacy compliance advice to stakeholders across all OSI divisions globally.
• Drafting, negotiation and review of Data Processing Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSI’s compliance program is consistent with applicable privacy laws.
• Drive ongoing privacy compliance activities within the OSI Divisions.
• Support of new product privacy compliance assessments.

Skills

Privacy experience in legal or compliance-related role

Strong knowledge of privacy and data protection laws

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Proficiency in additional languages

Education

Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience
