Job summary
Coursera + Udemy seeks a Privacy Program Manager to operationalize and scale our global privacy program across products and platforms. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, or a related program management function.
- Experience supporting GDPR and CCPA in a multinational organization.
- Translating privacy requirements into operational processes, policies, controls, and guidance.
- Experience implementing privacy management platforms to support operations and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead core privacy program operations including DPIAs, ROPAs, vendor privacy reviews, and privacy workflows.
- Design scalable processes for data subject rights requests and general privacy inquiries.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Marketing, Procurement to embed privacy by design.
- Develop and maintain privacy policies, standards, training, and self-service resources.
- Monitor global privacy law changes and translate into operational guidance.
- Define and report privacy program metrics and support incident response and data retention efforts.
