Job summary

RWS is seeking a Program Manager for Trust, AI & Privacy to lead the global privacy and AI governance program. You will translate strategy into practical operations, drive governance across Legal, Security, Technology, Product and HR, and ensure risk management and audit readiness.

The role requires 3–6 years of hands-on privacy and compliance program experience in multinational environments, with hands-on tool experience (OneTrust) and knowledge of GDPR/UK DPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Privacy, Security, Compliance, IT or related field.
• 3–6 years implementing privacy, security, governance and compliance programs in multinational settings.
• Knowledge of EU GDPR and UK DPA; familiarity with ISO/NIST frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with privacy tools (OneTrust, data mapping).
• Strong program and project management skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with AI frameworks and evolving AI policy landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the global Trust, AI & Privacy program.
• Coordinate privacy, AI governance initiatives across functions and geographies.
• Maintain risk registers, data mapping and DPIA records.
• Run governance forums and report program status to stakeholders.
• Support adoption of governance frameworks and toolkits.
• Administer privacy tools and workflows (OneTrust focused).
• Coordinate privacy incident management with Security and Technology.
• Act as operational contact for privacy audits.
• Develop policies, procedures and training materials.
• Produce program metrics and insights for decision-making.
