Confidential client in the UK seeks an experienced Premium Account Manager with export background to own and grow a portfolio across export, retail, hospitality and gifting. You will work with an export partner and the wider team to expand international markets and build trusted relationships with buyers and distributors.

Qualifications

• Proven export or international account experience (essential)
• Significant experience in premium food, drink or FMCG, and a real understanding of how the sector works
• Calm, polished and credible at every level, with the emotional intelligence to handle whatever an account throws at you
• A self-starter who works independently, makes sound decisions and has a genuine can-do attitude
• The ambition and maturity to step up into a senior role in the business over time
• A real connection with a purpose-led, sustainability-minded brand

Responsibilities

• Owning and growing a portfolio of premium accounts across export, retail, hospitality and gifting
• Working closely with the export partner and wider team to grow international markets
• Building genuinely trusted relationships with buyers, distributors and partners, in the good times and the tricky ones
• Developing joint business plans, forecasts and pricing that protect margin and drive growth
• Bringing new product launches to life with customers, and representing a brand people love at trade and customer events
