RTX Raytheon UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager within the Power team of the Advanced Products unit. You will lead cross-functional Integrated Project Teams, manage delivery of high-profile development or production projects, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
The role is hybrid, based in the UK, with on-site and off-site work and opportunities to visit customers both nationally and internationally.
Success will require customer focused innovative thinking, forward planning, strong communication and an ability to react quickly to changes. As a valuable member of the Power team this Project Management role is pivotal in identifying and securing new opportunities, working collaboratively with the wider company and creating an inclusive environment for the team to grow. As part of the day-to-day activities the role requires delivery of projects, ensuring on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction, and high-quality deliverables.
