Lenovo is seeking a Global Services Leader to build and scale the Power and Cooling support capability within AI Data Center Services, based in the UK or Europe. You will own service delivery for mission‑critical AI/HPC environments, oversee workforce planning, governance, and portfolio P&L, and report to the Global Director, Professional Services & Delivery.

You will lead a geographically distributed team, drive high‑impact incidents management, and partner with executives to align service

Qualificações

• Bring 5+ years of experience in mission‑critical data‑centre, power, cooling or technical support services.
• Proven experience leading multi‑region operations with global teams.
• Experience in 24x7 technical support operations and major incident management.
• Proven P&L ownership with revenue, margin, budgeting and cost control.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global follow‑the‑sun support model including remote/onsite response and escalations.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, incidents and customer reviews, establishing ITIL processes.
• Lead global workforce planning, recruitment and competency development.
• Drive portfolio growth through recurring services, renewals and pricing governance.
• Govern technical safety, lifecycle, risk, and vendor performance across data centers.
