Job summary

HH Global is seeking an experienced Technical Buyer to manage the execution of Permanent POSM and Retail Fixtures sourcing. You will research suppliers globally, handle RFQs, and work with design, engineering and production teams to deliver cost-effective, compliant solutions.

The role requires reading technical drawings, negotiating with manufacturers, and coordinating handovers to production with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Technical buying experience and the ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience sourcing outsourced manufacturing capacity and RFQ/tender management.
• Knowledge of materials and production processes including wood, metal, plastic, and related POSM/display production.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams, and strong Excel/analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQ documents and liaise with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Client Engagement, Design and Engineering on briefs, timings, BOM and exports.
• Source direct manufacturers to optimize price and logistics and minimize intermediaries.
• Oversee prototyping and handover to production, ensuring quality control and on-time delivery.
• Ensure pricing and supply chain fit for each project and manage cost changes.
