Job summary

WSP seeks an experienced Technical Director to shape the future of ports, terminals and maritime infrastructure across the UK, Ireland, Europe and selected international markets. You will provide senior technical leadership and project director accountability for major maritime programmes, shaping technical excellence and client relationships.

You will mentor senior engineers and contribute to WSP Maritime's strategy, governance and capability growth, while promoting health, safety and wellbeing

Qualifications

Significant maritime project leadership with client trust.
Chartered Engineer with technical authority.
Experience across multiple countries and delivery cultures.

Responsibilities

Act as Project Director for major maritime programmes across multiple countries.
Define the technical vision and delivery strategy for major infrastructure programmes.
Provide senior multidisciplinary oversight across civil, geotechnical, coastal, structural, electrical, environmental, buildings, transport and cost disciplines.
Lead recruitment and capability development within the Maritime team.
