Qualifications

• Experience managing purchase orders and working with factories/suppliers.
• Confident managing purchase orders and following them through production lifecycle.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from placement through to final delivery, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
• Liaise regularly with overseas factories and suppliers to track orders, production progress and delivery dates.
• Manage production critical paths, following up on key milestones and ensuring deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor supplier acknowledgements, quantities, costs, lead times and delivery information.
• Proactively identify production or delivery issues and work with suppliers and internal teams to find solutions.
• Maintain accurate systems and reporting, ensuring stakeholders have clear and timely updates.
• Work closely with teams across merchandising, planning, logistics, quality and sales to keep orders moving efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and support the wider team in improving supplier performance and on-time delivery.
