Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Merch Admin Assistant for their fast-growing, female-founded fashion brand. Based at their head office, you will help move products from creation through to order placement, handling SKUs, barcodes, and data across systems.

The role emphasizes organisation, accuracy, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic fashion environment. You’ll support merchandising with PO creation, data management and supplier coordination, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-focused with strong admin experience.
• Comfortable with data, spreadsheets and numbers.
• Experience with PO creation or order management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and allocate SKUs and barcodes for new styles.
• Set products up accurately across internal systems and Shopify.
• Work with sizing ratios and ensure correct order breakdowns.
• Raise purchase orders across own-buy and wholesale channels.
• Check quantities, destinations and product info for accuracy.
• Communicate orders and updates with suppliers and internal teams.
• Keep seasonal line details and PO info up to date.
• Spot discrepancies and maintain attention to detail.
• Support the wider merchandising team as needed.
