Job summary

Totara Learning Solutions is seeking an Operations PMO Lead to personally own and run a portfolio of operational, systems, and change projects across the UK, Australia, and US. You will coach a small PMO team while hands-on delivering initiatives that enable scale.

You will report to the COO and drive delivery excellence, process standardisation, and portfolio visibility across time zones to ensure projects land on time and in scope.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on project or programme management experience in SaaS/tech.
• Experience mentoring project managers and scaling teams.
• Comfort working across multiple time zones in a distributed setup.
• Strong understanding of operational systems and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and run a portfolio of operational, systems, and change projects from scope to BAU handover.
• Lead a small, globally distributed PMO team with coaching and clear expectations.
• Develop project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder reporting to a high standard.
• Maintain delivery pace across multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities.
• Support capacity planning and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
