The role reports to the COO and leads a small, geographically distributed PMO team across the UK, Australia, and the US, while personally delivering critical operational, systems and change projects to help the business scale.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in detail, champions standards, and drives continuous improvement across teams and functions.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on project and programme management experience in SaaS, tech, or digital services.
• Delivery track record, not just governance.
• Experience mentoring project managers and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on ownership of a portfolio of operational, systems, and change projects from scoping through BAU handover.
• Lead a globally distributed PMO team with coaching and development.
• Support implementation and embedding of new business systems and tools to improve efficiency.
• Provide concise portfolio reporting to the COO and maintain delivery standards.
