Job summary

Totara is a global learning platform powering organizations with workforce readiness solutions. The Operations PMO Lead will manage a small, globally distributed team and personally own a portfolio of operational, systems, and change projects across the UK, Australia, and US.

You will lead by example, work hands-on, and drive delivery from kickoff through BAU handover. The role blends leadership with practical project delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on project and programme management experience in SaaS, tech, or digital services.
• Experience mentoring project managers and building high-performing teams.
• Comfortable leading a global team across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Project Management & Delivery: own and run a project portfolio with rigour and BAU handover.
• Team Leadership & PMO Development: line manage across UK, Australia, and US with coaching.
• Operational Systems & Process Enablement: implement and embed new systems and scalable processes.
• Portfolio Reporting & Strategic Operations Support: provide clear COO visibility and scalable reporting.
