Job summary

Totara Learning Solutions is seeking an Operations PMO Lead to sit with the COO and lead a small but global team of Project Managers across the UK, Australia, and the US. You will personally own and deliver a portfolio of operational, systems, and change projects from scoping through BAU handover.

You will develop robust project plans, manage risks, report to stakeholders, and embed high-quality delivery standards while coaching others.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on project and programme management experience in SaaS, tech, or digital services.
• Experience mentoring project managers and maintaining high standards.
• Able to lead globally distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong understanding of operational systems and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and run a portfolio of operational, systems, and change projects from scoping to BAU handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align scope, priorities, and delivery across workstreams.
• Line manage and mentor Operations Project Managers across UK, Australia, and US.
• Deliver consistent delivery practices, governance, and quality across the portfolio.
• Support implementation of new systems and procedural improvements.
• Provide COO with concise portfolio visibility and regular reporting.
