Watson Farley & Williams is seeking a skilled business development professional to lead and manage end-to-end pitch opportunities, coordinating with international colleagues and multiple functions. You will coach teams ahead of presentations, incorporate independent client feedback, and help secure profitable wins through strong proposal development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full lifecycle of a pitch, from research to drafting key elements under tight deadlines.
• Ability to build sector knowledge to add value to pitch and proposal documentation.
• Develop strong relationships with partners and practice leaders to inform proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and business development teams.

Responsabilités

• Managing pitch opportunities regionally and globally, including stop/go processes and securing client feedback.
• Develop win strategies with partners and sector leadership.
• Facilitate bid kick-off meetings and manage timelines and governance.
• Ensure proposals articulate client needs, market context and differentiators.
• Drive best practice in pitch planning, storyboarding and proposal writing.
• Coordinate handover from pitches to BD sector managers and client management teams.
• Collaborate with the pricing/finance function to improve profitability of proposals.
• Use data and insights to persuade and drive strategic changes.
