Job summary

Watson Farley & Williams in London seeks a Pitches and Proposals Manager to lead the full lifecycle of bid opportunities, from research and go/no-go decisions to drafting key elements and coordinating cross-border teams.

You will partner with international colleagues, practices and sectors to develop winning strategies, manage timelines, and ensure proposals clearly articulate client needs and differentiators while maintaining brand standards across materials.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end pitches, from research to go/no-go decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with partners and sector leaders across jurisdictions.
• Experience in legal or professional services is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and data-guided decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage pitch opportunities regionally and globally, including timelines and governance.
• Develop win strategies with partners and sector teams.
• Coordinate bid kick-offs and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
• Ensure proposals articulate client needs, market context and differentiators.
• Maintain pitch materials and databases with accurate win/loss insights.
