Zusammenfassung

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) seeks a Global Account Director to lead the global client relationship and strategy for the Pharma SMM programme. You will collaborate with Operations to ensure delivery, governance, and analytics across regions, while driving profitability and client ROI for this multinational account.

The role requires extensive experience in life sciences clients, contract negotiations, and a deep understanding of SMM programmes with Cvent expertise.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Life Science clients and compliance requirements.
• Experience in global account management and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of SMM programmes and Cvent for data insights and trends.

Aufgaben

• Primary authority for the global client relationship and contract interpretation.
• Develop and drive objectives for the global C&E SMM meetings programme.
• Oversee global governance model; drive stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Evaluate opportunities for process improvement and technology solutions.
• Understand and forecast SMM programmes, staffing and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Global Operations to ensure service delivery and analytics.
