Job summary

Lonza is seeking a Regional Pharma Marketing Lead - EMEA based in Colmar, France (hybrid). You translate global pharma strategy into regional campaigns, drive demand generation and lead market activation to support growth in the EMEA generics portfolio.

You will collaborate with BD, Sales and Global Marketing, develop market insights, and manage lifecycle and launch activities to ensure measurable business impact. Fluency in business English preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters in Marketing in the field Marketing / Business -biology, pharmaceutical sciences.

Responsibilities

• Translate the global pharma marketing strategy into an actionable EMEA marketing and go-to-market plan.
• Establish objectives, execution roadmaps, KPIs and performance reviews that connect marketing activity to pipeline quality.
• Build a fact-based view of the EMEA pharma market by mapping manufacturers, molecules, sourcing models, customer needs and tender exposure.
• Develop customer insight through direct engagement with key stakeholders.
• Provide support in preparing expert sessions and public speaking on pharma topics for regional leadership.
• Lead the marketing dimension of regional pharma innovation in collaboration with Pharma BD.
• Coordinate launch plans, customer targeting, sales readiness and performance tracking.
