Job summary

CRC Evans Ltd. in Burnley is seeking a Personnel Coordinator to support the EMEA Project Delivery team with mobilisation and demobilisation of project personnel, coordinating training, visas, documentation, travel, and payroll-related data.

You will manage offshore/onshore movements, arrange accommodation, assist with agency recruitment when needed, and maintain records in Solab to ensure safe, efficient logistics for energy sector projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced personnel logistics department, preferably in the energy sector.
• Experience with visa applications and work permits is preferable.
• Able to operate under pressure, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring personnel mobilising to projects have correct training, visas and documentation.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and other logistical requirements for project personnel.
• Maintain offshore/onshore personnel records and validate certifications in Solab.
• Support agency offshore recruitment activities when required.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to process improvements.
