Job summary

CRC Evans is seeking a highly organized Personnel Coordinator to join the Project Personnel team, supporting mobilisation and deployment of personnel to projects across the globe. You will coordinate international travel, workforce planning, and documentation to ensure right people are in the right place at the right time.

The role involves global mobility, payroll support, and working with project teams to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in personnel logistics, workforce coordination or travel management.
• Experience in energy, engineering, construction, offshore or project-based sectors is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel worldwide.
• Managing global travel, accommodation, visas and work permits.
• Working with project teams to support personnel scheduling and workforce planning.
• Tracking personnel movements, availability and project assignments.
• Supporting payroll, timesheets, expenses and cost tracking.
• Maintaining personnel records, certifications and compliance documentation.
• ordering and coordinating PPE for field personnel.
• Supporting recruitment activities when required.
• Attending project and operations meetings and driving continuous improvement.
• Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota to support operations.
