Job summary

DP World is seeking a Global Manager - Performance Management for Contract Logistics. You will lead the global KPI governance framework, ensure disciplined MBR processes, and oversee margin visibility across regions.

The role supports leadership decisions with consolidated insights and structured risk reporting. You will coordinate the Master Site governance, align sites with financial entities and reporting tools, and work with regional teams to maintain data integrity and performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Performance, or Financial Performance roles.
• Demonstrated experience in KPI governance, performance frameworks, or margin improvement programs.
• Strong exposure to contract profitability, cost-to-serve analysis, and financial performance tracking.
• Experience operating in multinational, multi-regional organizations.
• Experience supporting executive-level performance review forums (MBR/QBR).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the global KPI governance framework across all Contract Logistics regions.
• Coordinate the Low-Margin Contracts Program and monitor recovery progress.
• Establish and maintain a global framework to identify and track scope creep and unbilled activities.
• Coordinate and ensure consistency of global and regional MBR structures and content.
• Lead and maintain the Contract Logistics Master Site governance framework and ensure data alignment with reporting structures.
• Provide consolidated performance insights and risk summaries to senior leadership.
