Job summary

clearer.io is seeking a People Partner to own hiring and day-to-day People support across the UK, Europe and the US. You will be the first point of contact from interview to onboarding, using tech and AI to make every step simpler and clearer for our people.

You’ll shape roles with managers, ensure compliant UK employment practice, and guide colleagues through queries on performance, absence and policy across time zones. Hybrid work in Leicester is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HR Advisor or generalist role.
• Hands-on recruitment ownership end-to-end.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience with HR systems and ATS; comfortable with AI tools.
• Clear, concise writing; async communication experience.
• Willingness to work later hours for US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across EMEA and US from sourcing to offer.
• Shape roles with managers; write sharp adverts and criteria.
• Provide a responsive, human candidate experience.
• Use ATS/data/AI to report on pipeline, time-to-hire and quality of hire.
• Be the first point of contact for People queries across regions; coach managers.
• Ensure UK employment law compliance and accurate HR data.
• Own onboarding for new joiners globally.
