Job summary

Contentsquare in London is seeking a Global People Operations & Workday Governance Lead to shape our people function at scale. You will own global governance, drive Workday strategy, and lead cross-functional cycles across People, Technology and Data.

You’ll translate business needs into technical requirements, partner with Audit, Legal and Compliance, and champion automation and AI to unlock the potential of our Workday platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday or related field.
• Strong understanding of global People processes, data and governance.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Interest in automation, AI and future of People Technology.

Responsibilities

• Own global governance of People data, ensuring integrity, security and ready for analytics.
• Lead major cycles including performance and compensation reviews across functions.
• Translate needs into technical requirements and shape Workday roadmap.
• Drive automation initiatives and partner with Transformation for scalable solutions.
