Job summary

Hiscox is seeking a People Excellence and Change Specialist to join the People experience team, reporting to the Global People Excellence and Change Lead. You will lead and support change initiatives, driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

The role emphasises employee and manager experience, transformation, and people technology initiatives, with a hybrid working model and global scope.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives that enhance the employee and manager experience, transformation and change.
• Lead and support on operational excellence programmes and process enhancements.
• Drive demand planning and requirement gathering for global and local projects.
• Provide programme and change management support for key People programmes, including centre of excellence initiatives and M&A-related activity.
• Drive continuous improvement within people processes and governance.
