Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Global Pension Manager to lead transformation across worldwide pension arrangements. You will partner with the Global Head of Pensions and Reward teams to govern plans, ensure compliance, and drive improvements in processes and communications.

You will oversee UK & Ireland retirement plans, coordinate with external advisors, and support HR/payroll on pension operations, risk management, and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Experience with UK & Ireland pension schemes (DB, DC, mixed).
• Ability to liaise with external vendors and advisers.
• Strong governance and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global pension transformation projects with the Global Head of Pensions.
• Oversee UK & Ireland retirement plans; manage data and audits.
• Collaborate with Vendor partners and Benefit/HR teams.
• Develop clear pension communications and training with AON or similar.
• Act as escalation point for complex pension queries.
