Job summary

Haleon seeks a Global Fleet Transformation Director to lead a large-scale, cross-market programme. You will define the future fleet strategy, establish governance, and drive end-to-end implementation across multiple markets.

You will collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance and other functions; develop business cases, realize savings, and introduce telematics capabilities while managing organisational change.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in global fleet management.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-country transformation programmes.
• Experience developing fleet strategies, policies and operating models.
• Strong sourcing and procurement experience, including leading complex RFPs.
• Demonstrated experience building business cases and delivering measurable financial benefits.
• Experience implementing fleet technology and telematics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global fleet and mobility strategy.
• Draft and maintain global fleet principles, minimum standards and governance frameworks.
• Develop clear policy positions on eligibility, vehicle selection, safety, sustainability and driver duty of care.
• Partner with regional and local stakeholders to develop market-specific fleet policies.
• Ensure policies comply with local tax, legal, works council, labour relations and operational requirements.
• Develop policy implementation guidelines and operational standards.
• Procurement with global and regional RFPs for vehicle manufacturers, leasing providers and fleet management companies and global telematics and fleet technology providers.
• Lead the implementation of fleet transformation initiatives globally.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy.
• Establish fleet reporting standards, KPIs and management information processes.
