Job summary

Aggreko seeks a Head of Global Payroll to lead the end-to-end delivery, governance and transformation of its global payroll operation, creating a scalable and compliant function for a worldwide workforce.

You will drive systems, data integrity, automation and stakeholder relationships across HR, Reward and Finance while delivering on-time payroll and audit-ready controls. This is a senior leadership role with international exposure and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-country payroll operations and major transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of payroll governance, controls, tax and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Commercial leader able to balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across senior leadership.
• People-first leader aligned with Aggreko values and change management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Aggreko's global payroll strategy and multi-year transformation.
• Build and develop a high-performing global payroll organisation across regions.
• Own relationships with global payroll providers and key HR/Finance stakeholders.
• Drive payroll systems, data integrity, automation and AI initiatives.
• Lead global payroll operations to ensure accurate, compliant on-time delivery.
