Job summary

Titan Wealth is seeking an experienced payroll transformation leader to drive a critical programme across the Group, delivering governance, controls and a scalable operating model for future growth.

You will lead payroll operations across the UK and South Africa, manage the payroll team, and partner with finance, HR and external advisers to ensure compliant and timely payroll delivery in a rapidly evolving, international business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale payroll transformations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-entity payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive payroll review, governance and technology assessment.
• Design a scalable future-state payroll operating model for the Group.
• Oversee UK and South Africa payroll delivery, governance and provider management.
• Implement robust controls, approvals, and audit trails.
• Support mergers and acquisitions with payroll integration planning.
• Develop group-wide payroll reporting and analytics.
