Job summary

Light & Wonder in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Director, Global Payroll who will lead strategy, governance and delivery of payroll across a complex international organisation, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely pay.

You will oversee a global payroll function spanning people, processes, systems and vendor partnerships, driving transformation and standardisation while partnering with Finance, Legal and Tax.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive global payroll leadership across multiple countries and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of Light & Wonder’s global payroll operations across regions.
• Build and maintain a globally consistent payroll framework with policies and governance.
• Oversee payroll systems, data integrity, and vendor relationships for a multi-country workforce.
• Drive payroll transformation including automation and system enhancements.
• Partner with People Capabilities, Finance, Legal and Tax to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead readiness for acquisitions, restructures and workforce events with minimal disruption.
• Develop and lead a high-performing global payroll team.
