The Global Payroll Administrator role focuses on managing multi-country payroll operations, ensuring compliance, and modernizing our payroll tech stack with Deel and ADP integrations.

You will work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Finance to optimize processes, support on onboarding/offboarding, and maintain data integrity across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Global payroll operations across multiple international entities and workers.
• Experience with Deel and ADP platforms.
• Strong tax compliance knowledge across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll operations and ensure on-time payments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax laws; maintain internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to automate payroll workflows and improve systems.
