Job summary

Alexander Lloyd Limited is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a temporary contract in West London with hybrid working. You will support UK and overseas payrolls, ensure data accuracy, and handle changes such as starters and leavers.

The role requires ADP experience and strong Excel skills, with immediate availability. You will work closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers to ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery and compliance across high-volume payroll cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience as Payroll Administrator, Payroll Officer or Payroll Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
• Proficient in ADP payroll systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support processing of UK and overseas payrolls.
• Maintain payroll records and data accuracy.
• Process payroll changes: starters, leavers, amendments.
• Assist with reconciliations and reporting.
• Support pension administration and statutory payments.
• Handle payroll queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Assist with month-end and year-end payroll activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external payroll providers.
