Econic Partners is seeking a proactive Payroll Specialist to own payroll and benefits across our growing international consulting firm. The role can be based in London or Madrid, reporting to the Senior HR Director, with close collaboration across HR, Finance and external providers.

You will manage end-to-end payroll delivery in multiple jurisdictions, work with Workday payroll and external partners, and continuously improve processes, controls and employee experience.

Qualifications

• UK payroll expertise including PAYE, NICs, pensions and HMRC reporting.
• Experience managing international multi-country payrolls across European jurisdictions.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-country payrolls and benefits across jurisdictions.
• Manage payroll calendars, approvals and monthly/year-end reporting.
• Reconcile payroll with General Ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee administration and reconciliation of employee benefits with providers.
• Manage external payroll and benefits providers, SLAs and costs.
• Maintain payroll data across Workday and other systems.
