Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Global Payroll Manager EMEA & APAC to own payroll delivery across multiple countries via external providers. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure accuracy and compliance, and drive payroll projects and improvements.

The role reports to leadership and guides a direct report in a fast-moving, international environment. Experience includes 7+ years in large multinational payroll, strong EMEA know-how with APAC exposure, and a solid grasp of

Qualifications

• 7+ years payroll experience in a large, multi-country environment.
• Strong EMEA payroll experience with APAC exposure advantageous.
• Good knowledge of UK, France and Germany payroll practices.
• Experience managing/payroll vendors and relationships.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-country payrolls across EMEA and APAC with external providers.
• Review payroll outputs and ensure controls before final approval.
• Manage vendor relationships and track SLAs.
• Lead a direct report and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, employment and statutory requirements.
• Support payroll delivery in UK, particularly PSA filings and HMRC needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits and Legal on payroll projects.
