Portfolio Credit Control is seeking a Senior Global Payroll Specialist for an international law firm. You will report to the Global Payroll Manager and act as deputy, driving accurate payroll operations across the US, UK, and international regions.

The role requires hands-on expertise in US multi-state payroll processing, tax compliance, vendor management, and complex mobility tasks, with a focus on delivering reliable payroll services and meeting legal deadlines.

Responsibilities

• US Payroll Mastery: Lead complex US multi-state payroll operations, tax compliance, and year-end reporting.
• Operations & Delivery: Process end-to-end payrolls accurately, meeting strict local legislative deadlines.
• Vendor Management: Challenge and manage external payroll providers to ensure top service levels.
• Controls & Projects: Maintain robust payroll controls and drive continuous process improvements.
