Job summary

VanRath is recruiting a Payroll Manager to lead a global payroll, mobility, travel and expenses team in a scaling tech business. You will be the main contact for vendor relationships, ensuring data accuracy, timely processing and SLAs across multiple countries.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management of small teams, and experience with outsourced payroll providers in a multinational environment. Bachelor’s degree and CPP or similar certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll processing across multiple countries.
• Proven management experience with small teams.
• Strong vendor management with outsourced payroll providers.
• Excellent knowledge of payroll and expenses in multinational environment.
• Bachelor's degree; CPP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global payroll, mobility, travel, and expenses team.
• Oversee end-to-end relationship management with outsource vendors.
• Manage the transition between payroll vendors, including data migration.
• Review and reconcile all payroll and expenses data for compliance.
• Support integration projects for newly acquired entities and improve processes.
