PeoplePay Global is seeking a Client Relationship Administrator to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships. You will coordinate global payrolls and ensure timely, accurate delivery while understanding client needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organise daily work schedules and follow up with clients and in-country teams to ensure payroll progresses on time.
• Handle queries promptly and professionally, maintaining our reputation as a top international payroll provider.
• Identify potential opportunities for additional business with your clients.
• Coordinate effectively with colleagues across departments and in-country teams to deliver a seamless service.
• Manage and implement payroll services for your client base as required.
• Handle sensitive data in line with GDPR requirements.
